Just wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. Though I have not posted in a long time, I still(Dead) enjoy the best of the forum almost on a daily basis. There are some wonderful people on here, several who I have had the fortune of meeting over the past 5 years. I am Grateful for everyone's knowledge, humor, suggestions, rants, raves, stories and more on here, especially the ones who are righteous. This GD Forum has been a huge part of my life over the past 5 years, I wish the best for our happy-little-hippy corner of the web and music world for 2010.

Thanks. I don't have a tree, but they have them available at stores in the city.

Some small shrubs in the desert, nothing I would want to hang some lights on though.

Can ya suggest a late December show for me to enjoy?

Great to hear from you Jeremy. So you made the move from Thailand to Saudi Arabia. How do you like it? What's been the most interesting thing you've seen there? Have fun exploring a new part of the world. Let me know when you are rolling through Portland next so we can meet up again. Happy holidays to you as well.

Yes, I made the move at the end of July, it was amazing being here during the heat and Ramadan. I love it, I live in the King's new city, KAUST, and it is right on the Red Sea. The best part is I get to travel to India still (4 hour flight) and now Dubai (2 hours), then Germany (5 hours). It might be hard to get back to Portland with Africa so close as well, but I'll be home soon.

Happy Holidays to your family.

Hey Jeremy, Happy Holidays to you as well!

I remember a while back reading a post of yours where you said you liked to play Eyes Of The World to set the mood for your Art of Living classes. About a year and a half ago, I spent the better part of 2 months doing an organic farming internship at the N. America ashram in Northern Quebec and it was a wonderful, life-changing experience.

It's quite a wonder to find a fellow Deadhead as an Art of Living teacher! If you wouldn't mind, I would love to exchange some thoughts on how these two passions coexist, interweave, clash, etc.

Peace in the Middle East! (and everywhere else too)

Wow, after 4 and half years on this wacky forum, this is the most surprised I have ever been (minus the boards going down).

Just sent ya a mail.

And a Merry X-Mas to you as well. I think you might have the longest "long distance" holiday greeting to date. Very glad that our oftentime juvenille rantings and debates have given you some enjoyment. Good to hear that your are still among us. I'm pretty sure that a Christmas Tree is hard to come by where you are, but perhaps a Non-Demoninational Holiday Shrub might suffice.
